Ordering

  • If you would like to purchase plants by mail order, please email us and we will work out a price/availability and delivery charges for you.
  • To avoid disappointment when using the mail order service, if required we can send a picture of the chosen plant.
  • When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure the best delivery service, plants will arrive in a period of maximum 3 days.
  • Please notify us if you wish to receive your order with 'Next Day Delivery Service'.
  • Green Island Gardens will not be liable under any circumstance should a delivery be delayed due to external influences beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns

  • If you are unsatisfied with the plants you receive, we will offer credit or a voucher to be spent in any way you wish in the Nursery and Gardens.
  • Plants must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out. 
  • Return is at buyers cost.
  • Please, if you would like to proceed with your return, contact us as soon as you receive your plant by phone or email.
  • The plant should arrive at the Gardens by 14 days after you received it. If we don't receive the plant in this period of time, we reserve the right to hold  100% of the money.

 Payment

  • After we have arranged a price and availability depending on your request, you can pay by bank transfer or by card over the phone.
  • Green Island Gardens accept all type of credit cards.
